My Writing

I adore baking as well as writing and reading (particularly contemporary women’s fiction and recipe books). I’m now working on an exciting project that combines all three.

I always get a kick out of food, particularly cakes, that is touched upon, however briefly, in contemporary women’s fiction. So I’m writing about it. You can find an example on the International Chick Lit Month blog where I talk about Freya North, Sally and Tiramisu.

I’m a freelance writer who has written for trashionistaWriters’ Forum, Parentdish and Powder Room Graffiti as well as being the baking columnist for at home magazine. You can also find me in the Healthy Living section on Moanaboutmen.com.

Below are some of the dishes for my book.
